The majestic Main Hall of Oxford Town Hall commands attention with its soaring domed ceiling, sweeping balconies and expansive stage. In this grand setting, the first chapter of our ball will come alive as live classical music fills the air, dancers glide across the floor and performers move among guests. With velvet masks, prosecco in hand and chandeliers gleaming overhead, every guest is invited to an evening of enchantment and refined celebration.

The Assembly Room offers a more intimate and refined space within Oxford Town Hall, with its high ceilings, graceful proportions and warm period character. This inviting room will host our portrait photographer, providing beautifully lit settings for guests to capture their Regency inspired looks. Alongside the photography, select entertainment will take place throughout the evening, creating a charming atmosphere for conversation, exploration and memorable moments away from the main ballroom.

St Aldate’s Room will serve as a peaceful retreat throughout the evening, offering guests a quiet space away from the excitement of the masquerade. Softly lit and comfortably arranged, it provides a calm environment for anyone who may need a moment to rest, reset or simply enjoy a slower pace. This tranquil room ensures that every guest feels comfortable and cared for as they move through the magic of the night.
Oxford Town Hall sits in the city centre and is easily reached by public transport, car parks and Oxford rail station.
