Your information is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary. Ticketing and payment data are processed by trusted third parties such as Ticket Tailor and Stripe, which are GDPR compliant.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only when necessary, such as with Oxford Town Hall for safety or accessibility arrangements, payment processors for purchases or photographers for delivering portrait images. We do not share personal details with advertisers.

5. Photographs and filming

Photography and filming may take place at the event. Images or footage may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access, but we cannot guarantee complete security for online data transmission.
